IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: COVID - 19 UPDATE
Covid-19 updates and mandates continue to change, by the day. Current gathering restrictions, social distancing, school closures and government mandates in various cities have forced many schools to cancel or postpone their trips. If your group was due to travel in the months of March or April, 2020, please contact your group leader for trip status.
If you are a parent of a student traveler, or a travel participant, and the trip is already canceled or will be rescheduled, please be aware that we are in contact with your group leader(s). All relative information is being shared with them as it pertains to your trip and the rebooking/refund process, as it is available.
Please, we respectfully request that you do not call our office. Due to the extreme increase in call/email volume we are receiving, our responses will be delayed. The unprecedented nature of the crisis we are all facing has crippled the entire travel industry. Group cancellation terms, as outlined, unfortunately do apply, but rest assured that our efforts are focused on working tirelessly with our vendor partners, on your behalf to attempt to recoup funds.
Please be patient through this process. Calls are occurring daily with vendors and suppliers to understand our options.
Groups choosing to cancel MUST provide a statement of cancellation, in writing, from an administrator, school district or a mandate from government. Individuals choose to cancel must contact their group leader and provide a statement in writing as well. All written requests for cancellations from either groups or individuals need to be EMAILED to firstname.lastname@example.org with the group or school information, traveler information (if applicable) and destination listed.
