IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: COVID - 19 UPDATE
Group Travel Network is truly grateful for the patience and understanding of the thousands of students (and parents) we serve. We recognize that the past few months have been incredibly difficult for everyone including those who choose to dedicate their careers to serving customers and in particular, youth, through travel. One analogy that has come to resonate with us emphatically remains the sentiment that we are all in the same storm, but we are not all in the same boat. This crisis has crippled, halted, interrupted and devasted the travel industry functionally, financially and emotionally. However, we are pleased to see light at the end of the tunnel. Our efforts to tirelessly work on your behalf are beginning to pay off, and available refunds are starting to be processed for many of you.
That journey, for us, remains in process. We are working through a long list. We continue to advocate for those that have not received an available refund, yet, and will do so until all efforts have been exhausted.
The Group Travel Network offices continue to operate on a reduced schedule with office hours from 9am – 5pm ET Monday through Thursday.
As for that glimmer of hope and light for future travel, the signs are pointing to good things. Our Orlando team members are reporting that roller coasters are beginning to run as life begins slowly returning to “normal” in many parts of the country. We take this opportunity to remind you to be safe, kind and diligent. We do the same and remain hopeful as we anticipate the amazing travel opportunities that lie ahead.
